CRM system development

The CRM system was developed for two websites: Business Support Center and Business People Club. Built with Laravel, its structure and interface were designed to meet the specific needs of both teams. The system supports different access levels (administrators, managers) and includes all essential modules for working with clients, planning, events, and mailing campaigns.

Tasks assigned to the team:

Develop an intuitive CRM structure with modular architecture
Implement a multi-level access system (managers / administrators)
Build a full client profile with interaction history, requests, notes, and planned actions
Integrate the CRM with forms from both BSC and BPC websites (automated client and request creation)
Create modules for managing events, requests, services, and customer categories
Enable automatic generation and sending of mailings via the SendPulse API
Develop a reporting and analytics system with export to Excel / PDF
Configure a logging journal to track all user actions with filtering options

Implemented Solutions:

Developed a CRM system on Laravel, tailored to client needs
Automated processing of submissions from BSC and BPC websites: forms automatically create client records in the CRM
Implemented a flexible event module with client registration, interaction history linkage, and manager-based filtering
Created a system where managers only work with their own clients, while administrators have full access and control
Developed an intuitive planning tool for interactions with reminders and automated message generation
Integrated SendPulse for seamless mailing functionality
Set up dashboards for both managers and administrators, displaying key metrics
Created a comprehensive user action logging system to track all activity
Enabled export of reports to Excel / PDF, chart generation, and analysis of client engagement dynamics
